Property description Victory Hostel offers a great hotel-like budget accommodation in the centre of Riga. We are located on one of the busiest streets with lots of shops and nightspots and within walking distance from central bus and train stations.Old Town is 10-15 minutes by foot from us.Most of the rooms are newly decorated and with new beds,all rooms have windows to the jard side of the building,so it's a quiet place to be in.
